HSN, Inc. has an opening for a Senior Campaign Management Manager in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Duties: Develop, enhance, and optimize the campaign management system (UNICA) in partnership with various internal teams and external vendors. Design, develop, and optimize the efficacy of data-driven marketing campaigns across direct-response vehicles to better attract, convert, welcome, and retain customer loyalty. Lead the communication strategy for articulating the benefits of platform enhancements. Provide primary input to the customer preference center to support file growth, health, and additional segmentation upgrades. Work in conjunction with third party email service providers to ensure that the technical side of the campaign execution runs smoothly. Develop, communicate, and implement customer-centric and omni-channel strategies. Apply CRM techniques to improve newly technology/social media channels that are now part of the customer contact landscape, which include but are limited to Facebook, Google, and Push Messengers. Work in conjunction with the Analytics team to develop customer segmentation models across customer, behavioral, and product-based attributes to build lists and audiences to increase the level of return. Utilize predictive analytics tools to drive strategies that will positively impact the business. and Evaluate and translate the data derived from the technological improvements/social media campaigns to various stakeholders in order to illicit input necessary for process and program improvements.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in marketing, CRM, or campaign management functions or a related occupation. Position also requires experience in: 1) Implementation of consumer-oriented strategies; 2) Application of analytics to drive business improvements; 3) SQL, Unix, and Cognos reporting; 4) Online marketing utilizing digital, email, mobile, and social media resources; 5) Planning and coordinating marketing activities through all direct B2C channels; 6) Enterprise-wide Campaign Management tool.
