A Day in the Life

Our Customer Service Representatives are the front line service professional and an important representative for the Joy brand. They build customer loyalty and increase brand value with each and every interaction. They do this by establishing meaningful connections and confidently driving accurate and appropriate resolutions to problems with customer inquiries and assistance with warranty replacements.

Receive inbound calls from customers that have purchased Joy products and address any questions about the product and process returns and replacement products/parts.
Add customers to our database and document reported product issues and resolutions
Utilize and maintain current and archived customer databases to look up and verify customer information, and will update information when applicable 
Retrieve messages from voicemail and email daily and respond accordingly 
Create and send prepaid call tags to customers in a timely manner 
Enter all new and existing customer’s parts needs into proper database so orders can be processed
Record any new product issues in applicable spreadsheets
Assist new representatives with policies, procedures and customer instruction, when needed
Track incoming or outgoing orders for customers
Send or explain procedures to customers in relation to retail products 
Handle reception duties when coverage is needed

Must Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer support experience 
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond appropriately
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills

Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “must haves”.
